By AIR: Liverpool Airport is located 8 miles south of the city centre. An express bus operates to Liverpool city centre. The airport is small but scheduled flights are operated by RyanAir and EasyJet.
Scheduled international and domestic flights also operate through Manchester International Airport, 30 miles (48 kilometres) from Liverpool. National Express coaches link Manchester Airport with Liverpool city centre approximately every hour (journey time 45 minutes). There is also a frequent direct rail link (journey time 1 1/2 hours).
