The Conference Package rate includes the 3-day registration fees including the AHP meeting, tea/coffee and lunch daily and the BESS Conference Dinner at St George’s Hall on Thursday 5th June.
The Day Delegate Rate includes one day registration fee, tea/coffee and lunch.
Allied Health Professions Meeting
Delegates registering for the Conference are entitled to attend the AHP meeting on Wednesday 4th June, 2008, 10.00 a.m. – 12.00 p.m. If you wish to attend please tick the appropriate box on the Registration Form.
It is possible to attend the AHP meeting only and the registration fee will be £20.00, however, should you wish to stay for lunch and view the exhibition & posters a supplement of £20.00 will be charged.

BESS Members Dinner
The Bess Members Dinner will be held on Wednesday 4th June, 2008 at London Carriage Work Restaurant in Liverpool. Tickets are available to BESS members only at a cost of £60.00 each. Further details available under Social Programme.
Accommodation
Accommodation is available at selected hotels in Liverpool within easy reach of the Conference venue. Further details available under Accomodation.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
1. Each delegate wishing to attend the BESS 2008 conference must register on-line.
2. Payment should be made at the time of registering and your place will not be confirmed until payment is made. There are 3 easy ways to pay:
By Cheque - Cheques to be made payable to BESS 2008 and crossed a/c payee.
Please write the name of the delegate and workplace on the reverse of the cheque and send to the Conference Organisers, Sovereign Conference at the address shown below

By PAYPAL - Pay on-line using your Debit or Credit Card - follow the instructions on the on-line Registration Form. An Administration Fee of £2.50 per transaction will be charged.
3. The Conference Package rates are strictly for one person only and cannot be shared.
4. There will be a financial penalty on the conference fees for all bookings made after Sunday 27th April, 2008.
5. The following cancellation charges will apply, which will take effect immediately on receipt of the completed Registration Form:
On receipt of the Registration Form but before 16th May, 2008 £25.00 per Registration Form
After 16th May, 2008 or ‘non-attendance’ at the conference 100% of the total invoice cost
Substitution is possible however, should a non-member replace a member the appropriate supplement will be charged, however, this cannot be guaranteed.
Notification of any amendment, cancellation or substitution to the original Registration must be made in writing to the Conference Organisers.
6. The British Elbow & Shoulder Society (BESS) and Sovereign Conference will not be held responsible for any reason outside of their control should the conference not be able to commence or be curtailed early.
7. BESS and Sovereign Conference will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal items of any delegate or accompanying person or any other loss or injury caused to a delegate or accompanying person during or in connection with the Conference.
8. All delegates must register at the Conference Registration Desk on arrival. Details of registration times will be confirmed in the final delegate letter which will be forwarded before the commencement date of the conference.
9. BESS and Sovereign Conference will not be held responsible for their inability to accept a booking for this Conference due to it being over subscribed.
10. Accommodation at the hotels is subject to availability. BESS and Sovereign Conference will not be held responsible for any delegate not being able to reserve a room at the selected conference hotels. All reservations must be made direct with Sovereign Conference.
11. Each delegate is responsible for settling their own accounts along with any ‘extras’, i.e., telephone calls, newspapers, bar charges, additional meals, etc., directly with the hotel, unless prior arrangements have been made with the Conference Organisers at the time of booking.
12. BESS and Sovereign Conference will not be held responsible for arranging any special diets, medical requests, etc., of delegates or accompanying persons but will endeavour to do so if these requirements are advised to Sovereign Conference at the time of booking.
