BOOKING CONDITIONS
Each delegate wishing to attend the BESS 2010 conference must register on-line via the BESS website www.bess.org.uk.
Payment should be made at the time of registering and your place will not be confirmed until payment is made. There are two easy
ways to pay:
By Cheque - Cheques to be made payable to BESS CONFERENCE and crossed a/c payee. Please write the
name of the delegate and workplace on the reverse of the cheque and send to

By PAYPAL - Pay on-line using your debit or credit card - follow the instructions on the on-
line registration form. An administration fee of £3.50 per transaction will be charged.
The Conference Package rates are strictly for one person only and cannot be shared.
The following cancellation charges will apply, which will take effect immediately on receipt of the completed registration form:
On receipt of the registration form but before 10th January 2010 £25.00 per
registration form
After 10th January 2010 or ‘non-attendance’ at the conference 100% of the total
invoice cost
Notification of any amendment or cancellation of the original registration must be made in writing to the conference organisers.
The British Elbow & Shoulder Society (BESS) will not be held responsible for any reason outside of their control should the
conference not be able to commence or be curtailed early.
BESS will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal items of any delegate or accompanying person or any other loss or
injury caused to a delegate or accompanying person during or in connection with the Conference.
All delegates must register at the Conference Registration Desk on arrival. Details of registration times will be confirmed in
the final delegate letter which will be forwarded before the commencement date of the conference.
BESS will not be held responsible for their inability to accept a booking for this Conference due to it being oversubscribed.
Accommodation is subject to availability.
BESS will not be held responsible for arranging any special diets, medical requests, etc., of delegates or accompanying persons but
will endeavour to do so if these requirements are advised at the time of booking.
