Hotel Accommodation:
For all BESS 2012 delegates, discounted group rates have been negotiated at a large number of hotels to cater for all budgets through the Conference Torquay Accommodation Booking service.
Please follow these steps:
1.) Click on the following link: http://www.conferencetorquay.co.uk/booking.php?stage=conference-details&event_id=251
2.) Click on “Make a booking now”
3.) Scroll down the page and click on the hotel of your choice. As you do this, a detailed description will be provided for each hotel, indicating its distance from the RICC and/or a map reference.
4.) Select your room type(s), click on “Make a booking” and complete the online booking form accordingly.
Please Note: The discounted rates negotiated by Conference Torquay for all BESS 2012 delegates apply to a large number of rooms across a wide range of hotels in Torquay and in the vast majority of cases, these rates will be very competitive. However, given that it is June and Torquay being a seaside resort, all hotels will have a small number of rooms that are contracted with external websites. As such, in some instances, it may be that you are able to obtain rates that are more competitive than those published above. Please make sure you are fully aware of the terms and conditions as most of these will have a “No refund, No amendments, No cancellation” condition attached.
