| Details: | The BESS Allied Health Professionals Fellowship is available to AHP's with an interest in the Shoulder & Elbow. The Fellowship can take the form of a Travelling Fellowship or Research, with the aim of furthering knowledge and skills in Shoulder & Elbow therapy. |

| Requirements: | Guidelines for application for AHP Fellowship: 1. You should have formulated a subject or technique that you wish to research that would increase you or your teams clinical knowledge and improve clinical standards. 2. There should be some idea as to how this will possibly change or advance clinical application within your clinical area. 3. You must have put together a possible itinerary as to how the Fellowship might be spent; which people/ places you would propose to visit. (This should be realistic for the Fellowship award.) 4. A method as how you propose to collect data ideas, etc., would be useful. 5. There should be some form of evaluation that would assess the usefulness of your data and how this has improved clinical practice. This may take the form of, for e.g., questioners or a small audit. 6. You must be able to feed back to BESS your results the following year.
